Since two weeks I Qt 4 test on different OS, I changed an average of two to three times per day the operating system on my home PC.
I finally decided to stop my choice on kubuntu 10.10

The only response I had to do is to go into the software manager and do a search on Qt 4, after changing the sources.
Although I finished writing Gkri software in C + +, I can not find it friendly, so I decided to rewrite it in Qt 4. The main problem I encountered with Qt 4 is not his learning that I found intuitive, but its installation. On Windows XP compatible but such function was not her that I wanted to use more and the system was not stable and does not reproduce the same things for the same acts, vista ditto, ditto under seven, several versions of Ubuntu tested, but I encountered problems with Qbox, and ... On Debian stable and unstable I could not find the dependencies I needed ... In the end after 15 days, 10.10 kubuntu air give me the tools I need. A common point to all other systems is when I make simple scripts, they work fine, but when I try to customize my idea, they do more than just the 10.10 on which I I stopped after having risen several times to adjust my way.
Five minutes of laughter for an adult, had an eternity to a child.
